Job Title: Business Intelligence Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating, validating, and distributing reports accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate reports that provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and ensure reports meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using SAS programming language.
  • Troubleshoot errors in SAS programs and recommend updates to improve report consistency and efficiency.
  • Maintain customer-centric culture by providing excellent customer service and relaying feedback to management.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations of the bank and external regulatory bodies.
  • Implement audit and quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Statistics or Business-related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of basic banking practices and relevant regulatory concerns.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with accounting and financial principles, as well as fraud detection techniques.
