We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to provide high-quality research support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business, management, economics, or a related field and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing various business intelligence reports, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business intelligence reports on companies, markets, industries, and practices to support business growth priorities
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop research projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Support the development of research training plans and programs for trainees and staff
  • Ensure access to relevant business information and research resources to support lawyers and other staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, economics, or a related field
  • Strong research background with good demonstrable relevant research and writing experience
  • Excellent English written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as familiarity with database management
  • Familiarity with transactional and general research tools and databases
  • Commitment to outstanding client service and willingness to work on a later shift
