The role of Human Resource Generalist is pivotal in upholding HR best practices and driving business growth through strategic employee engagement, policy implementation, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate timekeeping activities adhere to company policies and local labor regulations.
- Coordinate and manage employee learning and development initiatives, including onboarding programs and training calendars.
- Provide exceptional employee relations support by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports and HR documentation aligned with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while safeguarding employee records.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and employee surveys to inform strategic HR decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive business and talent initiatives forward.
- Support end-to-end recruitment efforts, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or multi-functional role.
- Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and HR information systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
