We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. This position requires someone who is highly detail-oriented and has excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities- Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism, addressing client inquiries and providing support.
- CRM Management: Manage leads in CRM software by updating statuses, tagging appropriately, and sending email campaigns or follow-ups based on client stage.
- Email Follow-Ups: Draft and send timely, professional email responses to clients and leads.
- Lead Coordination: Track and nurture leads through the pipeline, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
- Research: Conduct research on industry-related information to support client needs and business operations.
- Experience in customer service, sales coordination, or CRM management.
- Familiarity with CRM software (highly preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (phone and email) with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to research, analyze, and present information clearly.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- This is a full-time role.
