Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and driving executive efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing information flow, overseeing executives' calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and supervising clerical staff to maintain smooth administrative operations.

You will also have the opportunity to develop leadership and organizational skills through exposure to high-level executive operations.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in relevant administrative support roles
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Qualifications: At least a high school diploma; ability to prioritize and organize daily workloads
  • Non-Negotiables: Exceptional organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; collaborative interpersonal skills
