Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HRIS systems and employee benefits administration. They should also possess strong organizational and data entry skills, as well as familiarity with MS Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel.
Key responsibilities include processing eligibility changes for employees, sending enrollments to carriers via email or system uploads, following up to ensure updates were successfully completed, and auditing internal systems against carrier invoices for accuracy.
Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate with carriers and internal systems to develop and maintain connections. A college undergraduate or graduate degree is preferred, along with a strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Administrative experience (1–2 years)
- HRIS systems and employee benefits administration (preferably)
- Strong organizational and data entry skills
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Outlook and Excel)
