Job Summary

A skilled accounting professional is needed to manage the financial operations of a dynamic retail organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed financial records using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other financial tools like Bill.com.
  • Streamline transaction processing, including accounts payable and receivable transactions, general ledger maintenance, and bank account reconciliations.
  • Provide expert accounting support for inventory tracking, cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) allocations, POS system integration, and vendor purchasing.
  • Collaborate with senior finance team members on forecasting and budgeting efforts, and contribute to technology and automation initiatives to optimize bookkeeping operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a retail setting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Bill.com, and Microsoft Excel required.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
