Job Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payments, make change, and operate registers, scanners, scales, and credit card/debit card terminals.
  • Balance the cash register and generate reports for credit and debit sales.
  • Accept payments, ensure prices and quantities are accurate, and provide receipts to customers.
  • Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer and keep the checkout area clean and orderly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree (in Business or any 4-year course).
  • Has sufficient background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
  • Ability to provide quality customer service.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar industry.
  • Average communication and people skills.
  • Computer literate.
Work Environment

Works in a fast-paced retail environment and is willing to work in Trendline Cogon CDO.
