People Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Assistant to join our team.

This role will be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and experience with HRIS software such as Rippling.

The successful candidate will also be able to develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks, ensure rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks, and manage employee data in Rippling to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ensure rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with Confluence and Google Drive.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and managing complex projects.
