HR Generalist
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an HR Generalist, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to both administrative tasks and people operations. As an HR Generalist, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your organizational skills to manage staff schedules, coordinate shift coverage, and prepare payroll data. Your emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee schedules, including time off, attendance, and payroll processing.
- Coordinate shift coverage during absences or vacations.
- Provide customer service support to clinic staff, responding to queries and concerns.
- Prepare and submit payroll data through our platform.
- Assist with ordering office and medical supplies for each location.
- Elevate complex HR issues to management for assistance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations.
- Possess highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage team dynamics professionally.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, healthcare records, and billing software.
