About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized professional to join our payroll team. This is a fixed term 1-year contract position on a full-time schedule.

Your key focus areas will be:

  • Managing and maintaining confidential employee pay data and records
  • Maintaining payroll related databases, templates, etc.
  • Ensuring accuracy of payroll reports, timesheets, etc.
  • Preparing pre-payroll reports within prescribed deadlines
  • Conducting post-payroll audits to validate payroll accuracy
  • Conducting post-payroll audits to validate statutory contributions
  • Conducting post-payroll audits to validate payroll-related vendor invoices
  • Preparing and sending out client invoices within the prescribed deadlines
  • Serving as the main point of contact for queries from clients, employees and partners
  • Responding and resolving queries within prescribed SLAs
  • Assisting with end-of-month financial reporting and analysis
  • Assisting with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis, as needed
  • Providing leave cover for fellow payroll administrators
