Payroll Specialist

Join our team as a Payroll Specialist and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering reliable support to employees. If you're an accounting graduate with at least two years of payroll experience and solid Excel skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll for employees in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare payroll reports and support audits and reconciliations
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and support decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Accountancy
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
