Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support unit, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to clients.

In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats in multiple languages, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective solutions to their queries.

You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive support to our clients.

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in multiple languages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills
