Key Responsibilities:
Our team is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our bilingual customer support team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish, translating and communicating clearly across both languages, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will also be required to assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries, maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, and follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be fluent in both English and Spanish, and have prior experience in a bilingual customer service role. You must also be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be willing to submit to a background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint and drug screening.
