Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technology Support Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing and resolving inquiries received via phone, email, and internal case transfer. You will provide timely resolution of client issues, troubleshoot connectivity problems, and strive to ensure client satisfaction and confidence in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve client inquiries via phone, email, and internal case transfer.
  • Accurately document and follow up on all inquiries.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their needs are met when working with business partners.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate client connectivity issues, processing failures, and transactional inquiries.
Required Qualifications, Skills, And Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, as well as a minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience and 2 years of Technical Support experience. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, have sound judgment and effective decision-making skills, and be able to work outside of normal coverage hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, And Capabilities

A robust knowledge of text-based file formats and experience with Wholesale Payments processes is highly desirable, as is the ability to translate complex technical information into simple terms. Effective communication and consultation with clients concerning sensitive information is also essential.
