We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a Bilingual Customer Service Representative role.


Job Description
  • Answer 30+ inbound calls per day in English and Spanish, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Create and manage support tickets in Zoho Desk, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Provide updates on orders, shipping, and product information, building trust with customers through transparent communication.
  • Place customer orders during the call using Zoho Inventory, streamlining the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM, leveraging data to drive business decisions.
  • Walk customers through basic troubleshooting when needed, showcasing technical expertise and patience.
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of customer service or inside sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with a neutral, professional accent, effective communication skills essential.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, able to build rapport with diverse customer base.
  • Comfortable using Zoho or similar systems (CRM, ticketing, inventory), embracing technology to enhance performance.
  • A curious mindset — comfort with science or chemistry is a plus, driving innovation and creativity.
  • Familiarity with IP phone systems like GoToConnect is helpful, but not required.

Key Benefits: Full-time employment, entry-level position, flexible schedule (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT).

Additional Information: Must work onsite at our Cebu City office for 30 days, then transition to work-from-home arrangement.
