Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Multilingual Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service in French.

This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in both French and English, has a knack for problem-solving, and prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via voice and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while ensuring seamless communication.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through personalized interactions and empathetic listening skills.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent and high-quality service standards.
  • Share valuable insights and feedback to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of remote/online experience in customer service or a similar field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in both French and English.
  • Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Calm and solution-focused under pressure, with a passion for delivering results.
  • Familiarity with E-Commerce and CRM systems is a plus.
