Job Title: Multilingual Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative who can communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong empathy and communication skills, and have a solid understanding of customer service systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls in English and Spanish, resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage support tickets using Zoho Desk.
  • Provide accurate product information, updates on orders, and shipping details to customers.
  • Process customer orders during calls using Zoho Inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM.
  • Offer basic troubleshooting assistance to customers when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service or inside sales.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with a neutral accent.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Familiarity with Zoho systems (CRM, ticketing, inventory).
  • A curious mindset, with a preference for analytical enthusiasts.
  • Knowledge of IP phone systems like GoToConnect is advantageous.
