
Business Development Associate

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our outbound engine to connect with decision-makers in the direct-to-consumer brand space. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a prioritized list of 5,000 leads monthly, execute a multi-channel outreach strategy, and book at least five qualified discovery calls per month (with a target of ten).
Key Responsibilities- Prospect Research & List Hygiene:
- Maintain accurate records and enrich 5,000 leads monthly against our ideal customer profile.
- Keep data up-to-date and complete in our CRM.
- Multi-Channel Outreach:
- Run a six-step outreach cadence across email, LinkedIn, Twitter, and phone.
- Personalize messages for each contact.
- Booking Qualified Meetings:
- Schedule thirty-minute discovery calls with decision-makers or influencers at DTC brands.
- Data Discipline:
- Log activities daily in our CRM.
- Maintain accurate deal stages and follow-up tasks.
- Collaboration:
- Participate in daily huddles, role-plays, and coaching sessions.
- Contribute to playbook improvements.
KPIs:
- Meetings Booked: At least five qualified discovery calls/month (targeting ten).
- Quality Standard:
- Decision-maker/influencer at a DTC brand within ICP.
- Thirty-minute call booked and attended (or rescheduled within seven days).
- Minimum fit signals logged.
- Activity & Conversion: Consistent multi-touch volume with improving connect/reply rates.
- CRM Hygiene: Same-day logging with low error rates.

Qualifications:
- One to three years in B2B outbound sales or BPO/call center sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong cold calling and objection handling skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and data accuracy.
- Flexibility with US/PH overlap hours.
- Coachable, resilient, and proactive mindset.
