  • Track and coordinate tasks and projects", "
  • Handle financial coordination and basic reporting", "
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) from existing processes", "
  • Maintain data dashboards and handle data entry", "
  • Prepare weekly/monthly business performance reports", "
  • Book travel and handle ad hoc administrative tasks", "
  • Participate in daily/weekly check-in calls
", "Strategic Partnerships", "
  • Support and manage affiliate partnerships", "
  • Grow influencer collaborations", "
  • Support B2B partnerships and outreach
", "

Process Management

", "
  • Update and maintain online stores", "
  • Enter and update product data (pricing, promos, info)", "
  • Build SOPs and workflows to document key processes", "
  • Identify and implement internal efficiency improvements
", "Requirements:", "
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role", "
  • Fluent in spoken and written English", "
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive", "
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets, including dashboards and reporting", "
  • Proven experience in inbox/calendar management, SOP creation, and business reporting", "
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and at least one marketplace
", "Preferred Requirements:", "
  • Practical experience managing listings and backend tasks across multiple marketplaces", "
  • Experience sourcing and managing affiliate, influencer, and B2B partnerships", "
  • Strong background in financial coordination and reporting support", "
  • Comfortable with travel planning and handling personal assistant tasks", "
  • Genuine interest in personal development and exploring productivity tools
