Role Summary:
As a dedicated Senior Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives and teams across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior executives, responding to inquiries and providing in-depth research and follow-up on complex matters.
- Proactively manage and coordinate executive schedules, including high-level appointments, travel arrangements, and calendar updates, ensuring efficiency and alignment with priorities.
- Take ownership of executive-level administrative tasks, utilizing a strong understanding of office systems and procedures, including drafting correspondence, preparing expense reports, and creating impactful presentations and reports.
- Oversee the management of routine correspondences, routes, and critical communications on behalf of senior executives, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Process billing invoices and maintain precise records, ensuring all financial documentation is handled with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Lead day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support to senior executives and team members through multiple communication channels, and ensuring smooth interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a highly organized and efficient filing system for critical documents, including contracts, client databases, engagement records, proposals, and staff management documents, ensuring all materials are easily accessible for senior staff.
