ERP Application Specialist Role

This senior position is available for a highly skilled individual to join our organization as an ERP Application Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the AX12 ERP system. They will configure, troubleshoot, and enhance the system to meet organizational needs, working closely with business units to provide technical support and ensure smooth operation. Key responsibilities include administering and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics AX12 ERP system, collaborating with business units to understand requirements, configuring and customizing AX12 functionalities, performing troubleshooting and providing technical support, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system, developing and delivering training for users, assisting in planning and executing system upgrades and integrations, creating and maintaining technical documentation, and monitoring system performance conducting regular audits and applying necessary patches or updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX12 system administration, configuration, and development.
  • Proficiency in SQL, database management, and data integration.
  • Understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, and operations within an ERP framework.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for ERP implementations and support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX12.
  • Relevant certifications in ERP or Microsoft Dynamics AX12 are preferred.
  • Experience in ERP implementation, system integration, and project management is a plus.
