Job Title: Senior Compensation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Compensation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing remuneration, benefits, and HR administration strategies that align with our corporate services strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing remuneration, benefit, and administration related policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Processing of benefits programme claims through Seda benefits programme.
  • Providing technical expertise and advisory support in areas of payroll and benefits to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining an effective and accurate payroll system.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement value-adding benefits for the organization.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management or Business Management or Commerce.
  • 4 - 6 years' experience in Employee Compensation, Remuneration and Benefits administration environment.
