We are seeking a motivated and dedicated professional to join our team as a Recruiter.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality security guards who share our values of professionalism, integrity, compassion, vigilance, flexibility, and extreme ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to identify and engage potential security guard candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct thorough phone screenings, and schedule in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Partner with the hiring manager to understand staffing needs and role requirements, ensuring seamless integration into our organization.
  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to ensure adequate staffing levels for contracts, meeting our operational objectives.
  • Assist candidates through the onboarding process, including background checks, licensing, and training compliance, guaranteeing a smooth transition into their new roles.
  • Monitor and track key recruiting metrics, providing regular updates on progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or staffing, preferably within the security industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, colleagues, and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruiting platforms.
  • Understanding of city, state, and federal licensing requirements for security guards, with the ability to provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Sales experience is highly desirable, demonstrating a proven track record of success in attracting and retaining top talent.
