In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing and securing top talent for our diverse range of clients across Australia.


What you'll be doing

  • Proactively source and screen high-caliber candidates in Australia and New Zealand for a variety of roles in Australia
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies and processes

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the Australian market
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing top talent across a range of industries
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Passion for recruitment and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
