Key Recruitment Role

This role is focused on delivering results through effective collaboration with HR and Operations teams to ensure the right candidate matches for various campaigns.

As a key member, you will be responsible for profiling candidates accurately and working closely with stakeholders to meet hiring targets across all lines of business.

Job Overview:

This position is part of our recruitment team, responsible for managing profiles of new and existing campaigns, aligning with contractual requirements and compensation details, conducting regular calibrations with Operations and Hiring Managers, understanding operational metrics, org structure, and retention strategies, and ensuring 100% fulfillment of account hiring requirements.

You will need to build effective working relationships with stakeholders, maintain agreed processes and candidate profiles, provide timely and relevant updates, implement and monitor recruiting strategies, collaborate with other departments on shared hiring initiatives, deliver timely and accurate reports to stakeholders, interpret recruitment data to identify trends and optimize performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analytics.

In addition, you will follow internal processes and adhere to recruitment and HR policies, ensuring the protection of all employment, personal, and sensitive personal information in accordance with company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy.

Responsibilities:
