JOB OBJECTIVE: Provides administrative support and assists in performing various recruitment and sourcing activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Monitors job vacancies and ensures they are filled-in with suitable candidates within the standard recruitment period

· Reviews the Manpower Requisition Form submitted by the requesting departments/branches and ensures completeness

of data before endorsing to the Immediate Superior/Department Head for proper action

· Sources applicants based on the approved Manpower Requisition Form

  • Online job advertisements/postings

  • Job Fairs (schools, universities, government agencies, etc.)

  • Ad placements (print ads, news papers, tarpaulin, bulletin boards, etc.)

  • Referral method

  • Flyering

  • Other sourcing methods

· Develops pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

· Drafts job advertisements and posts approved job openings to both internal and external job search channels/portals

· Organizes internal and external recruitment activities

· Maintains active recruitment network through industry contacts, trade groups, association memberships, government

agencies and employees

· Schedules applicants for testing and interview

· Conducts resume screening and initial interview with suitable candidates

· Administers, scores and evaluates assessment tests as required

· Schedules and coordinates interviews with the Immediate Superior and the requesting department.

· Compiles and validates pre-employment requirements of successful candidates

· Processes documents needed in securing government-issued numbers of newly hired employees

· Performs background check from previous employment of successful candidates

· Keeps track of the status of applicants

· Reviews and evaluates 201 File and employment record of former employees who are recommended for re-hiring

· Prepares and submits accurate reports/data such as:

  • Weekly Manpower Requisition (MR) Status Report

  • Memo re newly hired employees

  • List of newly hired employees for payroll or training (as applicable) purposes

  • Monthly Attrition and Exit Interview Report

  • Terminal Report (Job Fairs)

· Maintains and updates database of applicants

· Responds to inquiries of applicants, employees, officers related to recruitment issues or processes

· Conducts researches and study on current recruitment trends and new ways to increase effectiveness of recruitment

campaigns

· Facilitates New Employees Orientation session.

· Replenishes printed recruitment forms and ensures they are kept up to date

· Conducts exit interview to resigning employees

· Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior/Department Head from time to

time

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

· Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or other related course

· With at least two (2) years work experience in recruitment

· Adept in the administration and interpretation of various psychological tests

· Has good Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills and Interviewing Skills

· Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Can relate with different kinds of people

· Capable to think out-of-the-box ideas

· Computer proficient

· Organized, resourceful, systematic, proactive, and can work with minimum supervision

· Can start ASAP
