Business Development Director Position

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience managing client relationships in an agency setting.

A deep understanding of marketing, digital production, and high-level digital communication is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead work on popular consumer brands globally, impacting nearly 2 billion people in the fastest-growing region.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors and Strategic Planners to set creative and strategic direction.
  • Develop and implement interactive strategic plans with Senior Planners.
  • Resolve high-level account and production issues, involving senior management when necessary.
  • Better opportunities include overseeing fee and contract negotiations, budget issues, and staffing adjustments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of marketing, digital production, and high-level digital communication.
  • Ability to craft thoughtful digital business strategies and analyze digital, social, and mobile landscapes.
  • Thorough knowledge of the interactive ecosystem, including social, mobile, experiential, and search marketing.
  • Proficiency in measurement reporting and analytics.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial acumen in budgeting, estimating, and profitability analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong initiative and follow-through capabilities.
