Deliver results-driven solutions as a Senior Consultant in Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions. Partner with clients to refine their business models through innovative practices and improved processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of current lending processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and process models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
  • Develop diverse, high-performing teams through meaningful development opportunities.
  • Align your team to key objectives and set clear priorities and direction.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a business, actuarial, finance or technology discipline.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in the Consulting Industry and/or Financial Services Industry – Banking Institutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and interpretation using tools such as Excel.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting or delivering lending system implementations (e.g., loan origination or servicing systems).
