We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead and Senior . NET Developer to join our dynamic team. In these roles, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, while also leading and mentoring a talented team of developers.

Expertise in . NET Technologies: Strong proficiency in . NET frameworks (e.g., .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework) with hands-on experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance applications.

Leadership and Mentorship: Proven ability to lead a development team, providing guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to junior developers while ensuring high-quality, maintainable code. Software Architecture and Design: Experience in designing complex software architectures, microservices, and distributed systems while ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns. Full Stack Development: Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, with solid understanding of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end integration with databases and APIs.

Agile Methodologies and DevOps: Experience working in Agile environments, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure rapid delivery and deployment of applications. Other Qualifications:Ability to lead a small team of 3 to 5 developers

At least three (3) years' experience in lead role

At least five (5) years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated systems
