Serve as a key voice in defining AECO's positioning and influence within the Philippine energy market. What You Bring6–10+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships — preferably in energy, SaaS, or enterprise service sectors
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets
Strong field sales and enterprise account management background, with experience across multiple verticals (e.g., manufacturing, commercial real estate, education)Experience leading strategic expansion in a scaling company or new market
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive-level negotiation skills
Experience in the energy or power market is a strong advantage
Technologically fluent — confident using CRMs, virtual collaboration tools, and data-driven sales processes
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); able to travel domestically
Bonus Points If You HaveRegional or international B2B experience
Strong network of industry contacts in corporate procurement or energy sectors
Familiarity with corporate budgeting, fiscal planning, and procurement timelines
