Job Details

The Marketing Coordinator role is a key support position for the marketing team. It involves coordinating design, events, communications, and internal projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

This includes facilitating marketing requests from intake to delivery, prioritizing and tracking across multiple projects. Collaboration with the marketing team and third-party vendors ensures accurate project completion.

Marketing content creation and adaptation for various channels must align with brand guidelines. The use of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for light-to-moderate creative work is required.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with webinar and event coordination, maintaining HubSpot hygiene, updating contact/company records, leveraging AI tools, conducting competitor analysis, SEO research, and campaign performance tracking.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a related role.
  • Advanced PowerPoint capabilities with a modern design aesthetic are essential.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is necessary.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot for CRM upkeep and list management is required.
  • Awareness of SEO principles and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations is crucial.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and project management platforms like Asana or Trello is beneficial.
