Job Role: Performance Marketing Specialist

Drive Digital Growth as a Performance Marketing Assistant

You will be responsible for supporting paid media campaigns, analyzing their performance, and identifying opportunities to enhance their efficiency within the marketing team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns to ensure optimal results.
  • Manage ad content, assets, and track changes to optimize campaign performance.
  • Regularly review budgets, pacing, and daily campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly campaign performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in campaign performance.
  • Maintain accurate trackers and documentation of campaigns to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Assist in testing various creative assets, audiences, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including PPC advertising.
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and analytical tools.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
