Job Title: Digital Marketing Operations Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our virtual marketing assistants in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to our Doers via internal chat to resolve tool-based issues.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems using technical expertise across a wide range of marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive resources to support knowledge sharing among team members.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, VA support, or similar roles.
  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Familiarity with at least 5 digital marketing tools, including Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
