Role Overview

Fully remote, full-time role for a Subject Matter Expert to provide expert support and troubleshooting services to our team of virtual marketing assistants.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in digital marketing and technical tools to work behind the scenes and help others succeed.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support, identifying common roadblocks, and recommending internal training or process updates to improve our systems and prevent repeat issues.

Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, VA support, or SME roles, as well as familiarity with at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, Mailchimp.

They will also possess excellent written communication skills, structured problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work flexible shifts across 24/7 schedules as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time support to Doers via internal chat
  • Troubleshoot issues in various marketing tools
  • Assist in Founder escalations by completing urgent tasks during critical retention periods
  • Create how-to resources and SOPs to plug recurring knowledge gaps
  • Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, VA support, or SME roles
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, Mailchimp
  • Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex tools in simple terms
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts across 24/7 schedules as required
