Lead Verification Support Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Lead Verification Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for verifying customer leads and ensuring their accurate processing.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers to verify their interest in our services
  • Update and categorize leads in our system accurately
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive customer information
  • Maintain working knowledge of our products and services
Requirements:
  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
  • Attention to detail and strong administrative skills
  • Positive attitude and responsibility

  • Previous experience working with luxury brands
