B2B Sales Development Representative

A key role in our organization, the B2B Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving outbound prospecting through cold calls, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the senior sales team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be working from a clear lead list and following a proven outreach process tailored for business decision-makers.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified opportunities and handle objections with confidence. To achieve this, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to think creatively and outside the box.

You will work closely with the senior sales team to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet them. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
  • Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Close)
  • Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English
