Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven decision making.

  • Develop process flow diagrams, business cases, and user stories to facilitate discussions between business and IT teams
  • Create comprehensive documentation to ensure seamless project execution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role, strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing deliverables for assigned projects, including test scripts, knowledge transfer documents, user manuals, and training materials
  • Facilitating discussions between business and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
