Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving business growth.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans, and establishing and nurturing client relationships.

Key responsibilities will include conducting telephone screening and assessments, coaching and leading candidates and clients throughout the hiring process, prospecting new clients through various channels, and preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment experience from reputable firms or internal recruiters from multinational corporations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business development tools.
  • High energy, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
