Job Title: Franchise Development Associate

This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated professional to support the growth of our franchise business.

We are seeking a talented individual to make a large volume of outbound calls to warm leads, engage with prospective franchisees, and qualify their interest in our process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Making high-volume outbound calls daily to warm franchise leads using pre-approved scripts and adapting conversationally when appropriate
  • Qualifying prospects and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings with franchise development managers
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all outreach and prospect engagement in CRM tools
  • Supporting additional day-to-day activities as needed, including lead engagement through LinkedIn Recruiter or other platforms, appointment scheduling and calendar management, basic reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks
  • Collaborating closely with leadership and DOXA delivery managers to ensure alignment with franchise development goals

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree (not required but preferred)
  • Significant experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or franchise/business development for international clients
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume call targets while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Experience in franchise, sales development, or multi-client environments is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and online scheduling tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident speaking on the phone with US-based leads
  • Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-directed and able to thrive in a remote work environment
