Key Responsibilities

- Stay updated on market trends to adjust strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Oversee financials, ensuring profitability and effective resource allocation.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, analyzing data to drive cost-effective operations.
- Define the strategic product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market needs.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive insights.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth.
- Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support training and development initiatives.
- Ensure open communication and strong collaboration across all organizational levels.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience in business development, product management, and operational leadership, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and launching successful products.
- Deep understanding of fintech, financial markets, and industry trends.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
