Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence
  • Oversee financials, ensuring profitability and effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, analyzing data to drive cost-effective operations.
Product Roadmap Development
  • Define the strategic product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market needs.
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive insights.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in business development, product management, and operational leadership, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and launching successful products.
  • Deep understanding of fintech, financial markets, and industry trends.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
