Key Roles and Responsibilities

A growth marketing analyst plays a pivotal role in driving business expansion through data-driven marketing strategies. They are responsible for developing and executing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

  • Campaign Support & Execution:
    • Assist in the execution of seasonal growth marketing initiatives.
    • Prepare creative assets, links, and supporting documents for review and approval.
    • Coordinate with internal teams on campaign deliverables and deadlines.
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials and assets.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Monitor live campaign performance using dashboards and platform tools.
    • Update trackers and performance reports to highlight key metrics and insights.
    • Flag anomalies or underperformance for review and optimization opportunities.
    • Support A/B testing and help document test hypotheses, setups, and results.
  • Documentation & Process Support:
    • Organize campaign materials and shared folders for easy access and collaboration.
    • Document campaign wrap-ups and share key takeaways with the team to foster knowledge sharing and improvement.
    • Maintain campaign trackers and build a consolidated calendar of deliverables and deadlines.
  • Other Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Support internal and partner-facing communications to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
    • Monitor inbox and team threads to surface time-sensitive action items and notifications.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field such as Business Administration or Communications.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and quality.
