Job Summary

The Triage Nurse will serve as the point of clinical contact for patients in a virtual behavioral health program. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, assisting with prescription refills, assessing patient symptoms, determining urgency, documenting interactions, and directing patients to the appropriate level of care. The nurse will operate within established clinical protocols and escalate as needed to ensure patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough web and voice-based triage assessments for mental health and psychiatric patients

  • Foster a safe and supportive environment for patients through clear communication and empathetic interaction
Requirements:
  • Active Nursing License
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in triage, case management, or behavioral health
  • Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
