Project Coordination Specialist

This is a remote position. Excellent communication skills are essential.

  • The project coordination specialist plays a vital part in the organization's success by launching new projects that include coordinating and managing teams, planning and analyzing program efficacy, streamlining communication with stakeholders, etc.
  • Support regional operations team.
  • Provide outstanding academic services to students and their families.
  • Operate efficiently in a virtual environment.
  • Maintain high standards for people, financial, and academic performance.
  • Ensure the delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.
  • Meet operational excellence standards.
  • Provide virtual administrative support to regional operations, including answering phones, managing daily business data, and scheduling students and teachers.
  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
