Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong background in strategy, workforce planning, or organizational development.
  • Experience operating at group or executive level, ideally in a multi-industry or conglomerate setting.
  • Strong ability to translate business goals into HR plans, talent initiatives, and leadership strategies.
  • High level of comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and change management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work across diverse industries, geographies, and organizational structures.
  • Proficiency in using HR data and analytics to drive decisions.
