- As a customer advocate, you'll collect feedback and insights from clients to help shape our product offerings and services.
- You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Demonstrated experience in customer support or service, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of SMEs.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively manage complex customer situations.
- Strong observational skills to identify process improvements and enhance our product offerings.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in English.
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes.
- A commitment to working within the CEST time zone and dedicating 40 hours per week to the role.
