The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional support in both French and English through voice and chat platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism, urgency, and a focus on delivering quality service.
- Build strong relationships by personalizing each interaction and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Bilingual customer support experience is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- A personal computer or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
- A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps upload and download.
