
Technical Support Specialist

Providing an exceptional customer experience is at the heart of this role. As a technical support specialist, you will be working with customers from around the globe to resolve their complex queries and ensure that they have the best possible experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities- Support customers through various channels including email and phone
- Manage customer expectations by providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries
- Accurately log all customer communications in our ticket tracking system
- Develop a deep understanding of our services and software systems
- Complete tasks for customers such as report creation and defect resolution
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of incidents and adherence to service level agreements
- Contribute to the development of internal and customer-facing knowledge bases by creating new support articles and training materials
About You
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in customer/technical service roles
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in supply chain, EDI, logistics, manufacturing, or packaging
- Multilingual abilities
