Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers through various channels including email and phone
  • Manage customer expectations by providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries
  • Accurately log all customer communications in our ticket tracking system
  • Develop a deep understanding of our services and software systems
  • Complete tasks for customers such as report creation and defect resolution
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of incidents and adherence to service level agreements
  • Contribute to the development of internal and customer-facing knowledge bases by creating new support articles and training materials

About You

  • Strong ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in customer/technical service roles

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in supply chain, EDI, logistics, manufacturing, or packaging
  • Multilingual abilities
