Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives
- Manage customer lifecycles, including onboarding, implementation, retention, up-sell, cross-sell, and advocacy
- Act as the voice of the customer, collecting feature requests and creating business justifications for product roadmap prioritization
- Serve as an escalation point for customer issues and provide white-glove service to team members
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience leading Customer Success or Account Management teams
- Strategic thinker with expertise in implementing, improving, analyzing, and managing ideas and tactics
- Excellent coaching, inspiring, and holding team members accountable for big goals
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, creative, high-energy leader with the ability to inspire others
- Ability to take ownership of any task
- Prior experience working with SaaS and business platforms like Sales
- Excellent Excel and data management skills
