Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Cobden & Carter International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure timely project deadlines and effective communication.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings to maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project information and updates to internal teams and external vendors.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams across different locations and external vendors to ensure project success.
  • Maintain comprehensive project records and ensure standards and requirements are met through quality assurance tests.
  • Monitor project progress, handle issues that arise, and act as a liaison between clients, team members, and external vendors.
  • Provide detailed reports and regular updates on project status to management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10-15 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing or corporate communications as an accounts manager or team lead.
  • Experience in direct client and stakeholder management and communication.
  • A strong background in project management, including a good grasp of project management tools.
  • The ability to coordinate, manage, and track high volumes of work assignments.

Work Setup

This is a hybrid role that requires working 1-2 days remotely per week, with a set schedule based on North American time zones (night shift Manila). Our office is located in Taguig.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
